Starting a business while pursuing an academic degree is a daunting task but is becoming increasingly popular here at Auburn University. Students with the goal of meeting a marketplace need by developing an innovative product or service are increasingly choosing Auburn because of the entrepreneurship education and programming it provides.

City offers free workshops for business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs

Aspiring entrepreneurs and current business owners are invited to upcoming workshops hosted by the City of Auburn in partnership with Auburn University Outreach’s Government and Economic Development Institute (GEDI) and the Auburn University Harbert College of Business. There are two free workshops to choose from: a single, half-day option; and a five-week, one hour each Monday Zoom series.
